Busch Gardens’ First Aid station is located between
Jack Hanna’s Wild Reserve and Aquitaine, France. Registered nurses and
emergency medical technicians staff this office during park hours.

Trained service animals are welcome at Busch Gardens
Europe. Thrill rides may not accommodate service animals; however,
they may ride along on the Skyride, Railroad, Rhine River Cruise and
Carousel.

Assistive listening devices are available at select
