OVERVIEW
SeaWorld Orlando
takes families below the surface, above the waves and beyond their
expectations. More than 200 acres of up-close animal
encounters, thrilling attractions and lavish performances immerse
guests in the mysteries of the sea. Whether coming
face-to-face with Shamu, petting dolphins, counting the teeth on a
shark or feeding seals and sea lions, vacation adventures become
lifelong memories at SeaWorld Orlando.
WHAT'S NEW
Delighting audiences
for more than three decades, "Sesame Street" has docked at SeaWorld
Orlando, boasting an all-new Breakfast with Elmo and Friends,
character connections and an exclusive musical stage production,
Elmo and the Bookaneers.
Since there's no
such thing as too much family fun, SeaWorld has expanded the wildly
popular Shamu's Happy Harbor, adding three new rides and even
more room to play.
-
Sea Carousel
- a marine-themed masterpiece topped by a behemoth 45-foot-wide
pink octopus. Riders board a colorful collection of 65 sea
creatures -- including giant exotic fish, sea lions, otters,
sharks and dolphins - and "float" up and down as the carousel
revolves to the sounds of the sea.
-
The Flying
Fiddler - a giant, bright red fiddler crab with
illuminated, moving eyes fills its its belly with 12 children
and adults and hoists them more than 20 feet in the air.
At the height of the moment, the Flying Fiddler begins jumping
in a vertical descent in a quick series of short drops, sure to
bring elated faces of surprise and delight.
-
Ocean
Commotion - an enormous, fanta-"sea" themed 19-foot tug
boat will take 24 passengers at a time on a swinging boat ride,
gently rocking back-and-forth and whirling side-to-side, to a
chorus of happy "oohs" and "ahhs."
At nighttime, Shamu
Stadium erupts in an explosion of light, sounds and thrills with
Shamu Rocks, a rock 'n' roll concert of unprecedented
proportion. Whales and trainers perform at center stage, as
massive screens and music from today's hottest rock stars have
guests of all ages rocking out with Shamu.
