Extra Magic Hours Program Guidelines & Information

Disney Resort Guests (including the Walt Disney World Swan, Walt Disney World Dolphin, Shades of Green & The Hilton in The Walt Disney World Resort) may enter a specific theme park one hour prior to scheduled opening for Morning Extra Magic Hours. Evening Extra Magic Hours will be available for Resorts Guests at a specific theme park for up to three hours after scheduled park closing and should obtain a wristband at the turnstile or at specified locations in the park no sooner than two hours prior the normal park closing. The following is a sample of what may be operating at Extra Magic Hours based on the operating calendar.

A valid theme park ticket and Resort I.D. are required. To enjoy the Extra Magic Hour benefit, guests without the Park Hopper Option can only visit the park offering the Extra Magic Hour benefit that day or night.

During extended operating periods during the summer, Disney Water Parks offer the Extra Magic Hours benefit. When this is available, the Water Park Fun & More option or a valid one-day water park ticket is required. (The Park Hopping Option does not apply to water parks.) Each visit to a water park requires admission.

Morning Extra Magic Hour occurs one hour prior to regularly scheduled park opening and Guests will need to present a valid Resort ID at the park's turnstiles. Select attractions will be available.

Evening Extra Magic Hours begin immediately after park close for up to three hours. Resort Guests wishing to enjoy Evening Extra Magic Hours should obtain a wristband at select locations in the Theme Park that is open for the benefit by presenting a valid Resort I.D. no sooner than two hours before the benefit begins, or at the Main Entrance during the event. Select attractions will be available. Note: Wristbands are NOT available at the Resorts.
