Following the installation of all new state-of-the-art lighting,

The Magic of Disney Animation
|
 |
|
|
From Cinderella to Stitch and Mr. Smee to Mr.
Incredible, Disney's art of storytelling has been nothing short
of magical, creating the greatest animated films of all time.
Since Snow White debuted in 1937, the talented team of Disney
animators -- originally handpicked and trained by Walt Disney
himself -- has created timeless classics enjoyed by audiences
around the globe.
Newly refurbished, this attraction showcases Disney's style of
bringing stories and animation characters to life. Guests see
what goes into making an animated film and then can join in the
fun and test their own animation skills. It showcases
stories brought to life through animation -- from concept to
completion. Interactive displays and instruction from trained
Disney artists provide guests the chance to try their hand at
animation and take home their self-drawn sketch of a famous
Disney character.
The Magic of Disney Animation also features a themed
meet-and-greet area where guests come face-to-face with the
latest larger-than-life animated characters. Characters
will appear inside on an ever-changing basis, with 'toon stars
from the latest release featured for guest photos and autograph
sessions. |

Voyage of The Little Mermaid

A fish named Flounder and a crazy crab called
Sebastian join Ariel and the rest of the cast under the sea in
this unique show spectacular. Featuring dazzling special
effects, the show combines live performers with giant puppets
and favorite clips from the film to tell the delightful story of
Ariel. Guests are plunged deep into fantasy as they enter
a theater that recalls an underwater grotto complete with a
curtain of water on stage. Even the air smells salty, and the
audience can feel the sea mist and wind.
This is a Disney fairy tale transformation -- from critically
acclaimed feature film to record-setting video to sensory stage
show. Voyage of the Little Mermaid features the original
music from the film, created by Oscar- and Grammy Award-winning
composers Alan Menken and Howard Ashman. |

Playhouse Disney - Live on Stage!
|
 |
|
|
Stars from "Bear in the Big Blue House,"
"Stanley," "JoJo's Circus" and "The Book of Pooh" entertain
guests with music, songs and stories of friendship in this
popular stage show.
The 20-minute stage show opens with a visit to "Bear in the Big
Blue House" and his animal friends. Bear, who dances a mean
cha-cha-cha, wants to dance with all of his friends. But his pal
Tutter, a little blue mouse, is shy about dancing in front of
his new friends in the audience. So Jamie, the show's host,
reads a giant storybook to convince Tutter that with the help of
his friends he can overcome his shyness and learn to dance the
day away. Inside the storybook are chapters featuring
characters from each of the "Playhouse Disney" shows -- each
teaching the importance of friendship. There is interactive fun,
from bubbles to streamers, to singing and dancing. The setting
returns to Bear's house where Tutter dances, and Luna the moon
sings "The Goodbye Song" with everyone. Check Times

Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith
|
 |
|
|
A concert-goer's quest to see one of the world's
greatest rock and roll bands takes a few unexpected twists and turns
through the Hollywood hills in this indoor roller coaster. The
five members of Aerosmith teamed with Walt Disney Imagineering to
create the thrill ride that features a high-speed launch of 0-57 mph
in 2.8 seconds, three inversions, rock-concert lighting and a
specially recorded Aerosmith soundtrack thundering from 120 onboard
speakers in each coaster train -- all firsts for a Walt Disney World
attraction.
Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring
Aerosmith surprises guests with unexpected twists, turns and
high-speed revolutions along its darkened tracks. The attraction
begins with a tour of a fictional record company, where guests
encounter the band finishing up a studio recording session. After
being invited by the band members to see them in concert, guests
climb aboard a 24-passenger "super-stretch limo" and swiftly
accelerate into the Hollywood night. The enclosed experience
remains dark while featuring individually lit Southern California
landmarks -- 365 days a year, rain or shine. Height requirement of 48" (122cm). |

The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror™
|

 |
|
|
Five simple words -- one chilling thought: the tower
is in control. While “sequels” sometimes don’t measure up
to their originals, the newest version of this attraction multiplies
the thrills inside the 13-story haunted hotel with technology that
actually places the attraction in control of each ride experience.
New random ride and drop sequences make the attraction faster and
add more drops than ever before. In addition, visual, audio and
olfactory special effects were added, making Tower of Terror one of
the most advanced multi-sensory attractions anywhere in the world.
Ghostly apparitions, rocketing ascents, more “air time” and cannon
blasts of chilling air are just a few of the new surprises in store.
All of the new ride sequences are unique and random, so not even the
droll hotel “bellhops” know which specific sequence guests are
queued to ride. It’s the first Disney attraction in the world to
offer random experiences and the first where the attraction actually
determines the ride sequence. Height restriction of 40" (102cm). |

|
 |
|
|
This 25-minute spectacular features 50 performers
and combines dazzling special effects, colorful pyrotechnic
explosions, beloved Disney characters, animation and dancing
waters synchronized to the melodies of timeless Disney classics.

amphitheater behind The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror off Sunset
Boulevard. The specially designed amphitheater also can
accommodate 3,000 standing guests.
The show takes guests inside the dreams of Mickey Mouse -- where
his magic creates dancing waters, shooting comets, animated
fountains, swirling stars, balls of fire and other amazing
wonders. When Disney villains intrude on Mickey's fantasy and
turn his dreams into nightmares, he uses the powers of good to
triumph over evil.
Performed nightly, weather permitting.
