• Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano - (Lunch & Dinner Menus) -  Featuring gourmet pizza baked in wood-burning brick ovens. Mama Melrose brings old-fashioned Italian cooking to a restaurant with an upscale feel. Delicious pasta dinners and seafood are available. (250 seats.)  Open for lunch and dinner.  Advanced Dining Reservations up to 60 days in advance.
• Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant - (Lunch & Dinner Menus) -  Enjoy cosmic concoctions ranging from salads and sandwiches to linguini and fresh fish entrees. Diners watch the big screen for the best science fiction scenes. (252 seats). Open for lunch and dinner.  Advanced Dining Reservations up to 60 days in advance.

• Catalina Eddie's: Pizza and salad.  Open for lunch and dinner.
• Rosie's All-American Cafe: Offers chicken strips, cheeseburgers, vegetarian burgers, side salads and soup.  Open for lunch and dinner.

  Pastry Chef Isaac Tamada, who also served on the opening team at Kona Cafe inside Disney's Polynesian Resort, has created a palette of handmade and handcrafted chocolates, pastries and "mini-desserts" such as tiramisu and flourless chocolate cake.  Menu items at the new, counter-service location vary in price from $.99 (mini-pastries) to $8.99 (tenderloin sandwich platter).  Hosted by Nestle Toll House.
