Appetizers and Dim Sum

  • Cantonese Barbeque Pork - Juicy tender roast pork with a delicious honey glaze.  Served with savory stewed soy beans - $6.50
  • Mongolian Beef Sticks - Savory Mongolian-flavored beef strips on bamboo sticks.  Served with Mongolian dipping sauce and a refreshing mound of julienne Buddha's Hands squash - $7.95
  • Shrimp and Pork Spring Rolls - Shanghai-style spring rolls made fresh daily with minced pork, baby shrimp, and Chinese vegetables - $4.95
  • Fried Almond Shrimp - Butterflied shrimp coated with crushed almond and deep fried to a golden brown.  Served with taro root sticks and dipping sauce - $8.95
  • Chicken Shao Mai - Traditional steamed dim sums of chicken, shrimp, and water chestnuts, flavored with a hint of ginger - $6.00
