Facts:
This 10-acre whimsical island will be the only place in the world
where Dr. Seuss world-famous characters and childrens books are brought to
life. Green Eggs and Ham, The Cat In The Hat and One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish
will all be represented. Attractions include the Caro-Seuss-El, the most elaborate
carousel ever created including the first rider-activated animated characters.
Cat In The Hat: Ride Inside:
Based on Dr. Seuss most famous book, this ride takes guests on a cleverly
chaotic journey through the pages of the popular classic. Up to 1,800 guests per hour will
travel on six-passenger "couches" through 18 different show scenes, including a
revolving wallpaper-peeling, perception-altering 24-foot tunnel. Riders will experience
more than 130 ride effects and 30 animatronic characters, including the Cat in the Hat,
Thing 1 and Thing 2, and the goldfish who tries to maintain order in the house. Multiple
computers will control the numerous sysstems specially developed to bring this ride to
life and cutting edge system control software will be utilized for the first time ever.
One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish:
This colorful ride allows guests to steer their Seussian-style fish up or down 15-feet
in the air as they travel counterclockwise through a myriad of water spouts and streams.
Guests must listen closely and guide their fish wisely if they wish to keep from getting
wet. Three 18-foot tall "squire posts" will douse unsuspecting riders who
dont follow along with the special rhyme which can be heard playing throughout the
attraction.
Toping off the center pedestal of the ride is an 18-foot tall sculpture of the star
belly fish featured in the Dr. Seuss book for which the attraction is named. Twelve
two-passenger fish, three of each design, will be available and a patented load/unload
system will allow ADA guests to enjoy the attraction from their personal chair.
Caro-Seuss-El:
Seven different Seussian characters, totaling 54 mounts, will be featured in the most
elaborate carousel ever built. Each of these figures will feature guest-activated
animation, a carousel ride first.
Spanning 47-feet in diameter, the attraction features patented wheelchair loading
systems which allow guests to experience the attraction from their personal chair on a
rocking chariot platform. Characters include: Cowfish from McElligots Pool;
Elephant-birds from Horton Hatches the Egg; AquaMop Tops and Twin Camels from One Fish,
Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish; Dog-a-lopes and Mulligatawnies from If I Ran the Zoo; and
Birthday Katroo from Happy Birthday to You.

The High in the Sky Seuss Trolley Train Ride!
Based upon Dr. Seuss popular "Sneeches" tale that teaches children
about discrimination, this indoor/outdoor elevated attraction is actually two rides in
one. Guests will be able to choose between the Star Belly side or the Plain Belly side,
with each one offering a different ride experience.
Elevated on a track averaging 15-feet in the air, 60 ride vehicles will travel
throughout Seuss Landing and pass through six different show scenes, including The Ink
Factory where stars are placed on Plain Belly Sneeches and one will appear on the dash of
the cars; and the Circus McGurkus Café Stoo-pendous where guests will be entertained by a
gigantic 24-foot hanging mobile showcasing Seuss characters such as Mr Sneelock from If I
Ran the Zoo.
Passengers will be able to honk their horns, control the speed of their vehicles and
playfully bump into the cars ahead of them setting off specially designed sound effects.

immersing visitors in scenes from various Dr. Seuss stories
If I Ran the Zoo:
This totally interactive playland tells the story of Gerald McGrew and his quest to
create a totally different zoo of strange and unusual animals. If I Ran the Zoo is divided
in three distinct areas, Hedges, Water and the New Zoo, and features 19 different
interactive elements. Ranging from flying snakes of water which are likely to soak
unsuspecting guests to Toe Tickle stations where children can tickle the toes of a
laughing Seussian animal, these creative play-stations are certain to entertain guests.
